We're a Which? Recommended Provider in two categories
We’re thrilled to be recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider in two categories, Tailor-made Holiday Provider and Smaller/Independent Holiday Provider, cementing our position at the top of the tailor-made travel sector. Which? Recommended Providers are companies that are both rated highly by Which? members and the public and have products that meet the high standards of Which? researchers. We’ve been ranked top Tailor-made Holiday Provider, scoring 95%. Which? put this down to all of our specialists having ‘travelled extensively or lived in their specialist regions’, instilling in them a passion and knowledge that’s unrivalled.
We were also ranked top in the Smaller/independent Provider category, with a satisfaction customer score of 87%. This included four-star ratings for customer service, accommodation, description matching reality, and organisation, and five stars for transport. According to Which?, our clients were ‘very impressed overall, particularly by the individual support they received from Audley’s advisors’.
