Itinerary idea in detail

Includes international flights from a choice of UK airports, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

  • Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Sydney.

  • On-board your international outbound flight to Sydney.

  • Arrive into Sydney and explore all the city has to offer. Upon arrival, you will be met by a private transfer who will take you to your Sydney accommodation that is centrally located.

  • Spend the day exploring Sydney with a private guide in a car and by boat. Your guide will take you to all the Sydney highlights around the city on land and via the harbour including the Historic Rocks District, Mrs Macquarie's Chair and the Sydney Opera House.

  • Take a half day tour and fly over the city taking in the Sydney Opera House before heading to Cottage Point Inn on the Hawkesbury River. Here you will enjoy a three-course lunch before flying back over Sydney Harbour to Rose Bay.

  • Say goodbye to Sydney and head south toward Jervis Bay. As you leave the city behind, you will hug the coastline and pass through cute seaside towns. You will arrive in Jervis Bay where you will spend the next two nights in a canvas tented camp.

  • Explore Jervis Bay at your leisure. From your accommodation, you can take out a paddleboard, or you can head to the coast for a dolphin watching tour with a local operator.

  • Enjoy a relaxing breakfast before you depart for the Blue Mountains. As you turn inland, you will venture up into the highlands where kangaroo and wallabies can be frequently spotted. Stay three nights in the Blue Mountains, where you can spot wildlife and take scenic day hikes.

  • Spend the day at leisure at your property hiking and exploring the estate. Keep your eyes peeled for wallabies, kangaroos, and native birds who can be seen while on the property.

  • You will have a second day at leisure exploring the Blue Mountains. We recommend taking a 4x4 tour around the property or enjoy a bushfire near the property.

  • Continue from the Blue Mountains to Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest vineyards, for some more chances to see wildlife and to explore the local wineries.

  • Take a full day tour of the Hunter Valley, with a local operator, who will show you the top wineries of the region. You will get to wine taste in several locations and enjoy a lunch in the vineyards.

  • Spend the day at leisure around Hunter Valley. You can choose to relax at your accommodation and get a spa treatment, or you can head out to try some more local wine and food.

  • Leave the Hunter Valley behind and head south toward the coast, where you will stay your last three nights on the Central Coast.

  • Spend the day at leisure exploring Bouddi National Park and its rugged bushland.

  • Relax at your accommodation today. You can get a spa treatment or relax by the pool and look over the Broken Bay.

  • Arrive home today to complete your journey.
