This morning you will be collected from your accommodation by helicopter and transported by private helicopter to the Kerikeri airport in time for your onward flight. Fly from Kerikeri to Auckland, where you will be collected and transported by helicopter to your accommodation on Waiheke Island. Stay two evenings on Waiheke Island.

Today you will have the day to explore the stunning Waiheke Island with your guide. You will get to stop at stunning bays and coastlines, enjoy local wines, and participate in a cooking class.

You will be collected from your island accommodation and helicopter from Waiheke Island to Auckland city where your private guide will be waiting for you. Spend the day making your way from Auckland city to the scenic coastal region of the Coromandel Peninsula. Stay two nights in the Coromandel Peninsula.

Spend the day exploring the Coromandel Peninsula with your driver-guide. You will take a half day guided walk along the stunning coastlines to enjoy lunch on the beach, before heading to a local bistro to learn about the local produce of the region. Finish the day with a tour of a blueberry farm that produces its own ice cream.

Continue south with your private guide-driver from the Coromandel Peninsula to Lake Taupo. Make a stop in Rotorua to get a behind the scenes tour of the Rainbow Springs Kiwi Sanctuary before continuing onto Lake Taupo. Stay three nights in the picturesque town of Lake Taupo.

Today fly from Lake Taupo to a small island in Lake Rotoiti to meet your private yacht. Spend part of the day sailing around to different highlights in the lake including hot pools and local fishing spots. In the afternoon you will be collected by your private helicopter that will transfer you back to your Lake Taupo accommodation.

Head out on a half day fishing cruise on Lake Taupo today to try and catch local trout that average around four pounds. If you catch any, you are welcome to take your catch and have a local restaurant cook it for you this evening.

You will be collected from your Lake Taupo accommodation and transported by private vehicle to the Rotorua airport in time for your flight to Christchurch. Upon arrival into Christchurch, you will be collected and transported to your private helicopter for your flight to Annandale. Stay three nights in Annandale.

Take a full day tour by helicopter to see the stunning Southern Alps, massive glacier flows, and filming scenes from the 'Lord of the Rings.'

This morning is at leisure. In the afternoon spend time with the on-site chef to learn cooking techniques and develop delicious meals with fresh New Zealand produce.

This morning you will be collected from Annandale and transferred by helicopter to the Christchurch airport in time for your onward flight to Queenstown. Upon arrival into Queenstown, you will be collected and transported to the Matakauri Lodge, where you will stay for three nights. Please see the main itinerary for suggestions for your free time.

Take a full day exploring the main highlights of the South Island by helicopter. You will spend the day flying from Queenstown to Fiordland National Park to explore the Dusky, Doubtful, and the Milford Sound and take in the unforgettable scenery.

Spend the day exploring the Central Otago wine region with your private guide, who will choose the vineyards based off your wine preferences.

Today you will be collected from your Queenstown accommodation and transported by private driver to the airport in time for your onward flight.
