Includes international flights from a choice of UK airports, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

  • Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Lusaka.

  • On arrival in Lusaka you will be met and assisted through immigration and with your luggage. You will be shown to your internal flight to Mfuwe. Here you will meet your guide and will be driven through Mfuwe town to the South Luangwa National Park and your lodge.

  • A full day of game viewing activities. The South Luangwa National Park is considered one of the finest safari destinations in Africa, where you can expect to see lion, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, elephant, hippo, hyena and more.

  • Today you will have the option of taking both a morning and afternoon activity. Normally the activities will start at around 6am, and you will then return mid-morning for lunch and siesta before going out again in the afternoon.

  • This morning you will transfer by boat further north. This journey will take a few hours, depending on what you see along the way. On arrival you will be able to explore the area on foot to see what game you can find.

  • This morning your guide will take you down river again by boat to Nkwali Camp on the banks of the Luangwa for your final few nights on safari. Here you will be able to enjoy some game drives and night drives.
